Welcome to Andurebel. By using our website and/or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Andurebel.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or business using or enquiring about our services.
“Services” includes web design, brand consultation, web strategy, and any digital product we deliver.
“Agreement,” “Terms,” or “Terms & Conditions” means these rules that govern the use of our website and services.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be aged 18 or older to contract with us.
By using the website or booking any of our services (e.g. discovery call, design service), you accept and agree to these Terms.
Use of the site for any illegal purpose, or activity that breaches any laws, is strictly prohibited.

3. Services & Deliverables

Andurebel provides the services you select (e.g. Brand Mastery Session, Rapid Launch Website Experience, Signature Brand & Web Strategy) as per the descriptions in the announce/offering pages.
All timelines are estimated. Delays can occur due to customer’s feedback or materials not supplied in time.
We deliver final assets (e.g. design files, website files) only once you have approved them and full payment is received if applicable.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

All pricing is in Euro. You will see the cost at the time you book or in the proposal.
Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule before deliverables are handed over.
Deposits may be required to begin work.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because work (strategy, design) is bespoke and often begun immediately upon agreement, refunds may be limited or partial if significant work has already been done.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all content, feedback, required assets (logos, images, copy) in a timely manner. Delays from your side may push back deliverables.
You agree to be available for review, revisions, and approvals.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Usage

All work produced by Andurebel (designs, strategy documents, website code) remains the intellectual property of Andurebel until full payment is received. After payment, you receive the rights to use the deliverables for the purposes agreed.
Andurebel retains the right to display work in portfolio, case studies, galleries, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the project (e.g. strategies, pricing, business practices).
We will not share your private data unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees about specific revenue, number of leads, or rankings. We aim to deliver high-quality outcomes, but results depend also on external factors (market, competition, client participation).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

9. Termination & Cancellations

Either party can terminate the project if the other breaches these Terms and fails to cure within a reasonable time.
If you cancel after work has started, you may still be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination point.

10. Website Use & Disclaimers

We aim to keep the content up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access.
The website, its content, and any deliverables are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated.

11. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. We’ll post the updated version on our site.
Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country, e.g. Romania/EU if applicable].
